- Website from which the site was accessed (referrer URL),
- Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider.
The above-mentioned data will be processed by us for the following purposes:

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Point f of GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the above-mentioned purposes for data collection. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected to draw conclusions about your person.

If you have expressly consented in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 Point a of GDPR, we will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter on a regular basis. To receive the newsletter, it is sufficient to provide an e-mail address.
You can unsubscribe at any time, for example by sending an email to rimbach@b-co.com.

c) When contacting us by e-mail
You are welcome to contact us by email via the ‘Contact’ link if you have any questions. You must provide a valid e-mail address so that we know who is sending us the request and can answer it. Further information can be given voluntarily.
By sending the email to us, you consent to the processing of the personal data transmitted in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 Point a of GDPR.
The personal data we collect in this way will be deleted after the completion of the request you have made, as soon as the request has been completed and there are no reasons for further storage, e.g. execution of contracts (d).

d) When contacting us for application purposes
If you have contacted us via the ‘Application’ link, we will process your personal data, in particular applicant master data, qualifications and certificates) on the basis of the consent given in the form in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 Point a of GDPR.

The processing is carried out in accordance with the regulations for the initiation and execution of contracts (e).

e) For the initiation and execution of contracts
All personal data which we receive after establishing contact for the initiation and implementation of contracts are also processed exclusively for these purposes on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 Point b of GDPR for the purpose of contract fulfilment and implementation of pre-contractual measures. Personal data refers to all information relating to identified or identifiable natural persons, in particular name, address, telephone number and information required for the initiation and execution of any contract concluded with us.

The personal data collected by us will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention periods and possible contractual warranty periods on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 Point c of GDPR. As a rule, this is three to ten years after the end of the calendar year in which the contract was terminated.

f) Technical support
In the technical processing of personal data we are supported by specialist technical service providers. These service providers are carefully selected and are legally and contractually obliged to ensure a high level of data protection. The legal basis for the cooperation with such service providers is Art. 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
















3. Disclosure to third parties
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
• You have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 Point a of GDPR,
• Disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 Point f of GDPR is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data,
• In the event that there is a legal obligation to pass them on, and
• This is legally permissible and required for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 Point b of GDPR.

4. Rights of persons affected
You have the right:
• To request information in accordance with Art. 15 of GDPR about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you may request information on the purposes of the processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the envisaged storage period, the existence of a right of rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data, if not collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on the details thereof;
• In accordance with Art. 16 of GDPR, to demand without delay the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us;
• Pursuant to Art. 17 of GDPR to demand the deletion of your personal data stored with us, unless processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
• Pursuant to Art. 18 of GDPR, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as you dispute the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to have it deleted and we no longer require the data, but you require it for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 of GDPR;
• In accordance with Art. 20 of GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided us with in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another responsible party;
• In accordance with Art. 7 Para. 3 of GDPR, to revoke your consent to us at any time. As a result, we may no longer continue data processing based on this consent in the future and
• To complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 of GDPR As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your habitual abode or workplace or to our registered office.

We use the common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. As a rule, this is a 256-bit encryption.
